This site is where I share insights and analysis on consumer markets, trade, and commerce — plus the occasional note on running a business while the ground shifts under it.
Three kinds of things will show up here:
- Analysis — longer, data-driven pieces. Charts over adjectives.
- Newsletter — the same material, delivered by email and archived here.
- Notes — shorter observations that don’t need 2,000 words.
Why “good morning”? Because that’s the honest frame for this moment in technology: something large is starting, most of us are still squinting at it, and the useful work is describing what’s actually in front of us — not sleepwalking, not panicking.
